Photo Submissions

If you plan to submit a Veteran's Photo along with your order, please send it to events@springgrove.org. Photos can also be mailed or brought in person to the Spring Grove Customer Service Center at 4521 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232.

Terms of Photo Submission

The following terms and conditions apply to any submission of photographs or other text or visual materials (collectively, "Materials") by physical delivery of an object ("hard copy") or in electronic format ("machine readable"). The person submitting any Materials is referred to as "You". Spring Grove Cemetery and Arboretum, its employees, affiliates and contractors are collectively referred to as "Spring Grove".

You hereby grant to Spring Grove a perpetual, royalty-free, fully-paid license (i) to convert any hard copy Materials to any one or more machine readable formats by scanning or otherwise, and (ii) to store, replicate, modify, make derivative works of, and otherwise use, process, display, publicly exhibit, broadcast, and duplicate any and all Materials. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Spring Grove may incorporate Materials in a slide show or other video or multimedia or printed presentation (the "Presentation"), may alter or supplement any Presentation from time to time including deletion of Materials therefrom, may publicly display or broadcast the Presentation or any part thereof on Spring Grove's Web site or any other venue, and may reproduce all or any part of the Presentation for sale in electronic or printed form. Spring Grove shall have sole editorial control over any Presentation.

You warrant that you have the right to grant the foregoing licenses to Spring Grove in a fully valid and enforceable manner and that Spring Grove is not required to obtain any other consent from anyone in order to fully exercise the rights granted in the preceding paragraph, and You agree to hold Spring Grove harmless from any contrary claim.

You understand that Spring Grove has the right to select the materials that it will utilize for any Presentation and that the Materials You submitted may not be included or may be used selectively.

Any hard copy Materials that you submit will be returned to you by regular U.S. mail if you provide a return address. You agree that Spring Grove will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to Materials while in Spring Grove's possession, or in the mail.

These Terms of Submission represent the entire agreement of the parties and any other statement that either party may have made concerning the subject matter shall be of no effect. These Terms of Submission may not be altered except by a written agreement signed by You and by an authorized officer of Spring Grove. Any dispute concerning these Terms of Sub- mission or use of the Materials is subject to binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect, and judgment on any award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
